Shipping Policy:

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5 business days. We are not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses, orders lost in the mail, or unclaimed/refused packages.

 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. 

 

Order Tracking:

When your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number. 

 

Overnight Shipping:

Please notify by email (info@ashlynmaddison.com) ONE DAY IN ADVANCE by 12pm BEFORE ordering to ensure delivery. 

 

Return Policy:

Items can be returned for EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item is considered a final sale on the sixth day following the date your package is received. 

 

Returns for Exchange/Store Credit must meet the following requirement:

 

-Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We can not accept returns of items that have been damaged, soiled, and that are without clothing tags. 

 

All SALE AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, SALE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE ITEMS.

 

*Please include your original packing slip so that we know who you are. If you’ve misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and order number and indicate if you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item, or if you’d like to just receive a store credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you’re requesting for exchange is unavailable a store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code sent via email.

Return Processing Time:
